A gazebo manufactured using UFABRIK Water & Airtight Tent Textile

UFABRIK Water & Airtight Tent Textile took centre stage at the recent Formula 1 event at Silverstone.

It was the material of choice for the manufacture of several event gazebos that conjured the visual energy and excitement of an F1 workshop.

Each gazebo featured detailed high-resolution graphics of an F1 workshop, providing an immersive experience for attendees. Specifically designed for outdoor use, this project showcases why UFABRIK Water & Airtight Tent Textile is trusted by top global brands for the high-quality production of tents, pavilions, marquees, gazebos, and canopies. Gazebos were printed using an EFI VUTEk FabriVU 340 dye sublimation printer and a Klieverik calendar press by Colourgraphics, based in Walsall, West Midlands, UK.

UFABRIK Water & Airtight Tent Textile offers a unique combination of specifications. Its 350gsm/10oz woven heavyweight yarn is highly engineered to withstand the elements, which at pre-fixation can resist a column of water that is 2,000mm (2m) high before water will begin to penetrate. Post-fixation water resistant levels are 1200mm.

This textile is also characterised by a Lotus effect composition that repels moisture, keeping structures dry and secure. Available in 12in” (3.2m) and up to a length of 109 yds, it’s PVC-free, reflecting a commitment to sustainability while ensuring strength and durability.

Tailored for both direct to textile and paper transfer dye sublimation printing, UFABRIK Water & Airtight Tent Textile delivers outstanding colour quality and 92% opacity, ensuring that graphics are vivid and impactful. Its structure was designed specifically for tents, marquees, and gazebos, providing certified and reliable visual appeal for commercial applications.
