The new Philips S-line display focuses on flexibility and reliability

PPDS has announced the launch of the 32:9 Philips Stretch 3150, with a focus on flexibility and reliability at its core.

The product features a stunning 37”, 32:9, 1920×540 resolution display, along with 24/7 reliability, 700cd m/sq and weighing just 7.6kg.

Bart Wouters, global product manager for digital signage at PPDS, said: “With the new and enhanced Philips Stretch 3150, we are bringing the best of the original Philips S-Line, together with a wave of new and upgraded features and designs, providing our partners and customers with the high-quality tools to reach and exceed their ambitions.”

Potential uses for the display are branding, live timetables, wayfinding, and menu boards

Popular applications for the new display product are branding, marketing, live timetables, wayfinding, and menu boards.

Using the HDMI Out port, to the HDMI In port of another display, the machines can be installed as a larger solution.

One of the biggest upgrades on the new product is the discreetly integrated slot for a CRD32 Wi-Fi module, introducing optional wireless and Bluetooth functionality.

The Philips Stretch 3150 joins PPDS’ growing portfolio of Android SoC displays compatible with Philips Wave, due to the 3150 being powered via the Android 13 System on Chip, which means users can download their desired Android apps directly onto the display.

It also delivers a 60% reduction in power use compared to its predecessor, earning an F rated EU Energy Label.
