The reflective posters, which featured the tagline ‘feeling tired, babe?’ to promote the brand’s energy and hormone-support patches, appeared across key Manchester locations in October.

Within 48 hours, one of the posters was graffitied with the words ‘NO. f*ck off’, and another became the backdrop to a discarded toilet and sink. After the vandalism Feeling. has chosen to keep them up.

Keira Lawlor, co-founder of Feeling., said: “We launched Feeling. to help people feel human again, and Manchester has never been about being polished. If someone’s scrawled ‘NO. f*ck off’ across our ad, we’ll take that as energy.

“It means people noticed. The Northern Quarter has an attitude, and we love that. They must have really needed a patch, so we’re offering a lifetime supply to the culprit.”

The tongue-in-cheek campaign was designed to mirror the everyday exhaustion and overstimulation faced by modern consumers.

The mirrors used in the creative allow passers-by to literally see themselves in the message – a reflection of both fatigue and self-awareness.

Since the posters went up, photos of the vandalised ads have started circulating on social media, with many praising the brand’s decision to lean into the chaos rather than censor it.

Ms Lawlor added: “We didn’t want a filtered wellness brand. We wanted honesty, reflection, and a bit of Manc grit. The reaction proves we’ve hit a nerve, and that’s exactly what Feeling. stands for.”
