Mark Mashiter is Soyang’s new group CEO

Mark Mashiter has assumed the role of group CEO of Soyang Europe and its sister company Soyang Hardware.

In addition to this appointment, Soyang has also revealed a new-look board of directors, which will support Mr Mashiter in his new role.

Mr Mashiter has served as managing director of the company since June 2005 and as group CEO will continue to oversee the running of Soyang.

Members of the new-look board of directors include; sales director Oliver Mashiter, operations director Simon Mashiter, finance director Daniel Dimambro, procurement director Shane Furness, company secretary Catherine Mashiter, and Lauren Gawthorpe from the accounts department.

Reporting directly to Mr Mashiter, board members will work together on day-to-day activities and help grow the business to continue providing a first-class service to customers.

Mr Mashiter said: “As CEO, I will continue to have oversight of the business, but by handing more power to our expert board members they will be able to focus on working more closely with our customers and supplying them with the solutions they need to succeed in the modern market.”

Soyang has seen rapid development in recent years, with the group transforming into a business that is now positioned to provide leading solutions across both materials and hardware. The company has expanded through both organic growth and the acquisition of Josero and recently opened a new warehouse in Ireland to serve the burgeoning Irish marketplace.
