Pyramid revels in employee success to become HP engineers

Large-format print provider, Pyramid, can now offer installation services for HP printers after two of its hardware sales team became HP Latex engineers.

Carl Birchall and Cole Appleby completed the intensive five-day programme held in Barcelona.

During the week, the pair were immersed in HP’s advanced Latex print technologies, covered a full spectrum of critical competencies.

This includes:

  • In‑depth mechanical and electronic system setup
  • Calibration and maintenance of HP Latex printheads
  • Media handling techniques for optimised output quality
  • Firmware upgrades and diagnostics for seamless operation
  • Adherence to HP’s highest safety and environmental standards

Mr Birchall and Mr Appleby are now authorised to deliver full-scale installation, commissioning, and after-sales support services for HP Latex roll-fed printers across the UK.
