China Print Supplies has recently installed a new SinoColor Hybrid UV printer to Sheffield-based LoveYourPrint.com.

The printer was purchased to deliver a fast, versatile and high-quality service to trade customers, photographers and interior décor designers.

LoveYourPrint.com’s managing director, Jonathan Hopewell, said he needed a machine that could handle a broad range of applications.

Scott Clutton, China Print Supplies’ MD, demonstrated to Mr Hopewell that the printer could handle a variety of different applications and printing needs.

Mr Hopewell said: “We were looking for lots of features and functionality for the future, but this is a big investment, and we also wanted to be flexible enough to go where the business and the market take us. That’s what I was really looking for in a new printer: the power to adapt to meet the challenges of where our business was going.”

The SinoColor from CPS is a hybrid large-format printer that opens up many new markets and combines the best of roll-to-roll and flatbed printing.

Mr Hopewell added: “Hybrid is the key for me. Either flatbed or roll-to-roll would have had limitations. I can now do a good all-round job of everything rather than specialise in one thing and miss out on everything else.”

The versatility of the printer allows Mr Hopewell to target a broad range of clients, including trade customers and photographers with interior decor, including wallpaper, murals, splashbacks, tiles, and more.
