Paper and packaging specialist, Antalis, has signed the dotted line to confirm the acquisition of French company, Club Groupe.

The agreement gives Antalis a stronger business footing in the European market, and especially in France following another recent takeover of Poitoo Adhésifs.

The company’s CEO, Hervé Poncin, said: “We are delighted to welcome the Club Groupe, Digital Printing France and TDP teams to the Antalis Group.

“Their recognised expertise in the sale of printing solutions, combined with their proximity to customers, will fully contribute to strengthening our local presence and enhancing our service offering in France.

“This transaction is in line with our strategy of targeted growth to serve our customers.”

Laurent Pigot and Frédéric Dupaix, founding directors of Club Groupe, added: “Joining Antalis represents a major opportunity for our teams, our customers and our partners.

“By combining our experience in the field with the power of the Antalis network, we will be able to offer even more innovative solutions tailored to the needs of a fast-changing market”.
