Firstlite LED launches Testing Area for product and customer design evaluation
Firstlite LED Systems has launched its new Testing Area at Firstlite’s headquarters in Gateshead. The new facility offers a unique space for comprehensive product performance analysis and allows customers to test their signage designs.
Megan Woodcock, managing director of Firstlite, said: “It was really important to have the testing space so that we can fully understand how our products perform. Not only that, but we also wanted to offer our customers the opportunity to see the product in action within their signage.”
The new Testing Area allows Firstlite to demonstrate the performance of its LED solutions in real-world scenarios. Whether customers are struggling with a specific design challenge or simply wish to evaluate the brightness and efficiency of Firstlite’s LEDs, the space is equipped to handle a range of testing needs.
Ms Woodcock explained: “We’ve created this space to help customers who may have a specific job, such as trying to eliminate shadows in complex signage. They can bring their materials, and we’ll provide the LEDs and adjust the setup to match their unique requirements.”
Firstlite’s new testing facility also allows sign makers to test remotely if they cannot visit the facility in person. Ms Woodcock said: “It’s really about making the process as convenient as possible. If customers can’t come to us, they can still benefit from our expertise and testing resources.”
