3M vehicle wrap film range offers further design flexibility
These new printable films in the IJ180 range are 3D conformable for applying to flat to compound curved surfaces, rivets and corrugations.
Three new films have been added to the IJ180mC Print Wrap Film range from 3M for short-term and permanent graphics customisation on vehicles with hard-tobond surfaces.
These have been specially designed to adhere to hard-to-bond surfaces including low surface energy (LSE) plastic, powder coat paints and stainless steel.
The IJ180mC-10LSE film has been designed for applying customised vehicle graphics wraps to challenging surfaces such as the LSE plastics commonly found on motocross bikes, snowmobile and ATVs.
Formulated to adhere to stainless steel applications, the IJ180mC-10SLS film provides a further medium for graphics installers to complete potentially difficult installations and customisation projects. This film is ideal for applying promotional graphics to vehicles including tankers, caravans, horse trailers, refrigerated and food trucks.
An ultra-removable print wrap film intended for short-term vehicle graphics, the IJ180mC-10UR film offers fast and easy installation and clean, simple removal without heat or chemicals. Applications include commercial vehicles and fleet graphics and buses, as well as general indoor and outdoor signage.
Featuring Comply Adhesive with micro technology, the films provide advanced slideability and an initial tack enables the installer to move the film across the application surface and reposition until the correct position is achieved.
