75Media enter voluntary liquidation with KR8 Advisory assisting them

75Media has fallen into a shock voluntary liquidation after reported issues with rental payment negotiations.

The board of directors of the out-of-home media company made the decision after negotiations with billboard landlords failed to reach an agreement.

As reported on the Daily DOOH, the company went into voluntary liquidation due to needing to reduce or restructure their billboard rental payments with landlord, Wildstone, however after failing to reach an agreement the company filed for liquidation.

KR8 Advisory was appointed to begin process of placing the company into voluntary liquidation with immediate effect.

First launched in May 2020, the company has worked on projects such as, its first-of-a-kind billboard optioning and booking system, BOB, to its Ignite membership scheme for start-ups.

The company, which had offices located in Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London and Birmingham, was estimated to have employed a team of more than 60 staff across its six offices.

In a recent LinkedIn post, the 75Media directors said that they explored all viable options to secure the future of the business, however extensive negotiations with its infrastructure landlord were not successful.

They continued: “We are profoundly grateful to everyone who has been part of 75Media. While today’s announcement marks the end of our trading journey, we hope that the impact we have made together across the roadside advertising landscape will endure for many years to come.”

The news was released on LinkedIn by the 75Media board of directors on November 19, 2025.
